Bhubaneswar, June 14 (LocalWire): The state government today said that it has seen 16 new cases of Coronavirus from the state capital.
The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) said that out of the 16 new cases, 14 are from home quarantine centre while two cases are reported from outside home quarantine.
BMC said that a 25-year-old youth residing at Kapileswar, Palasuni who had recently returned from Bhadrak was found to be Coronavirus positive. He was not under home quarantine.
Similarly another 32-year-old male working as a service provider in a private hospital was found to be Coronavirus positive. He was also said to be not under home quarantine.
Besides these two cases 14 new cases, all with travel histories to different states and countries are said to be Covoronavirus infected but remained in home quarantine.
The new cases were reported from Rasulgarh, Nayapalli, Satya Nagar, Jayadev Vihar, Dumduma, Kalinga Vihar and other areas.
