Bhubaneswar, April 5 (Local Wire): The state government on Sunday said that during the containment and aggressive surveillance it has found two new cases of COVID 19 from the city.
The government said that while one 70-year-old person who returned from Australia was tested positive for the disease another 29-year-old from the state also tested positive for the disease.
The state health department in a statement said, “Two more COVID positive cases in Bhubaneswar.
One 70 years old male of Kapila Prasad Housing Board Colony Phase II who had returned from Australia on 22.3.2020 (home quarantine case) Another, one 29 years old male from Bomikhal found out during active surveillance,”
With the addition of two new cases, the total cases have reached to 23 in the state.
