Berhampur, August 8 (LocalWire): Three people who drowned in two separate incidents in Ganjam and Kandhamal districts yesterday have not been located yet although fire department personnel and locals are searching for them.
Fifty-year-old Dina Majhi and his 30-year-old son Yogenmdra of Mundimaska village in Kandhamal district’s Tumudibandh block were washed away when
they were crossing a nala,
Deenabandhu Behera, a fisherman from Kanchudu village under Ganjam district’s Buguda police station limits was washed away while returning to his village.
He was going fishing along with his brother in Jholari river.
His brother informed about the mishap to the local fire station.
Buguda police station inspector in charge, Sitanshu Sekhar Mandhata said Behera’s body couldn’t be found even after relentless search for 24-hours.
