Bhubaneswar, Mar 27 (Local Wire): The state government on Friday said that the third COVID 19 patient from Odisha identified on Thursday had recently visited the Odisha Assembly Dispensary and the Kar Clinic in Bhubaneswar before tested positive for Coronavirus.
Chief Spokesperson of Odisha government on Coronavirus has now asked the people who had recently visited these clinics and travelled from New Delhi to Bhubaneswar via Indigo flight on March 21 evening to remain in quarantine period.
Baghi also said that the daughter, wife and driver of the third COVID patient from Odisha have been sent on isolation to prevent any chance of spread of the disease.
Bagchi also said that the recent case hints at the Phase 2 and Phase 3 of infection of COVID 19 in the state.
The state government on the other hand also said that they will release a new set of guidelines for private clinics in the light of defiance of some of the private clinics related to management of COVID 19 as earlier suggested by the government.
