Bhubaneswar, April 2 (Local Wire): The state government Thursday said that the fifth COVID patient from Odisha came in contact with a total of 21 persons.
It however cautioned that the contact tracing process is still going on for him.
“We have till now tested 900 samples for COVID 19 in the state.
We have now five positive cases of the disease.
The fifth patient came in contact with 21 persons.
Further contact tracing is going on,” Subroto Bagchi, Chief spokesperson of the government on Coronavirus said.
The government also said that it has got a total of 15,895 registrations of people returning from outside Odisha through the 104 helpline and online system.
85 persons are now said to be under hospital isolation till now.
