Bhubaneswar, May 27 (LocalWire): Around 60,000 students have appeared in this year’s CLAT 2019 exam (Common Law Entrance Test) on May 26 for admissions into various law colleges in the country.
The exam was conducted by National Law University Odisha (NLUO), Cuttack. students who will clear the exam will get admissions in 21 national law universities. Last year, nearly 58,000 students had appeared in the exam.
Speaking to LocalWire, Jyoti Rout, a CLAT aspirant, said this year’s exam was easier than the previous year. She is hopeful of getting admission in NALSAR, Hyderabad.
Rout said the general knowledge and current affairs paper was easy as it was on current affairs.
This year, the exam was conducted in offline mode from 3 pm to 5 pm.
The cut-off mark at NLSIU this year is expected to be higher compared to the previous two years, she said.
