The department in its notification said that all such taxes and dues could not be paid in the current month.
The department said that two patients of cancer died in Cuttack and Mayurbhanj.
The highest cases of the disease were reported from Ganjam which saw 273 new cases in a single day.
“These could be used to test close to 2000-2500 samples per day.
This also included seven private laboratories which came up recently in the state.
Another patient was a 64-year-old male from Jajpur district who had the co morbidity of Diabetes.
With the addition of new cases, the total cases from the state touched 9526.
The State has now 3090 active cases and a total of 5934 recovered cases.
The Bench Constitution and assigned notified for July 9 stands modified to the effect.
