Bhubaneswar, Aug 20 (LocalWire): The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has now joined hands with OYO Rooms and Hotels to facilitate paid isolation services to the asymptomatic patients in the city.
A notification into this regard issued by the civic body said that the patient can use the services at a cost of Rs 1299 per day for non-AC and Rs 1899 per day for AC rooms which will also include the food charges and taxes.
The BMC has now identified three hotels in total in areas like-Chandrashekharpur, Chandaka and Ghatikia.
The civic body has however also issued governing norms for the isolation which included a ban on the patient to venture out of room, measuring their health parameters per day and others.
The BMC has also said that payment of the hotel charges should be made in advance, upto 50 per cent.
It said that the patient can avail the facilities for a minimum of 10 days.
