Bhubaneswar, April 15 (Local Wire): A total of four new cases of COVID 19 were detected again on Tuesday from Bomikhal and Jharpada in Bhubaneswar. Most of them are linked to the earlier COVID positive cases.
The State Health Department on Tuesday said that it has found five new cases, four of which were from Bhubaneswar.
While one case was related to a 51-year-old male from Jharpada, other three cases were from the same apartment at Jay Durga Nagar in Bomikhal which has already seen five other cases.
The government said the new cases are linked with the earlier COVID cases reported from the apartment.
All of them have been shifted to KIMS COVID Hospital.
The patients from the apartment included-a 75-year-old male, a 50-year-old male and a 51-year-old female.
The government meanwhile has tested 4734 cases and found a total of 60 cases till now.
It also found another case from Jajpur district where a man from Kolkata visited the district recently.
