Bhubaneswar, Aug 19 (LocalWire): School and Mass Education Minister Sameer Dash today announced the results of Council of Higher Education (CHSE) for +2 for Commerce stream.
According to the details furnished by the department, a total of 74.95 per cent cleared the examination, showing an improvement from last year when the passing percentage was 70.26 per cent.
A total of 32,772 students appeared for the examination and a total of 19,318 cleared the examinations.
Nayagarh district reported the best results with 88.70 pass percentage while Deogarh reported the worst of 34.17 pass percentage.
A total of 12,215 males and 7103 female candidates are said to have cleared the examination.
According to the minister there are 29 Higher Secondary Schools which reported 100 per cent results.
