Bhubaneswar, Aug 5 (LocalWire): Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today inaugurated two Plasma Banks in Ganjam and Sambalpur districts to boost plasma donation from cured Coronavirus patients.
The CM through video conferencing inaugurated the new service at MKCG Medical College, Berhampur and VIMSAR, Burla.
The CM claimed that this would help in ensuring the centres in different regions.
“It is a matter of great pleasure that today we inaugurated two plasma donation centres at MKCG, Berhampur and VIMSAR, Burla. With a total five centres covering all regions plasma donation will now be more accessible,” the CM said.
The CM said that a total of 60 Coronavirus from the state have been given plasma therapy and most of them are said to be doing good post treatment.
