Bhubaneswar, May 6 (Local Wire): The state government on Wednesday said that the latest case of death of a Coronavirus patient is traced to Madhusudan Nagar in Bhubaneswar.
The government said that a 77-year-old patient with co-morbidities succumbed to the viral disease in the state capital.
A statement from the State Health Department said, “Sorry to inform that 77-year-old, male COVID positive case of Madhusudan Nagar, Bhubaneshwar who had underlying co-morbidities of hypertension, diabetes and kidney disease expired yesterday at KIMS.”
The deceased was the last case of Coronavirus recently detected in the city.
He was earlier tested negative for the disease but later weeks after he was tested positive.
He is a close relative of other Coronvirus patient from the area.
