Bhubaneswar, September 27 (LocalWire): The Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) will launch a new route of technology-driven, citizen-friendly Mo Bus service on the World Tourism Day, today.
The new route number 32 will connect the 5-km stretch between Bhubaneswar Railway Station (Master Canteen) with Lingaraj Temple.
“The expert committee has decided on this route based on the need and demand of the people. This is one of the major cultural and tourist corridors in Bhubaneswar and the Mo Bus will link citizens and tourists to the popular destinations like the State Museum, Kedar Gouri Temple and Lingaraj Temple,” CRUT Personnel and Administration general manager and spokesperson Dipti Mahapatro said.
A total of four buses will be running on this route that will have 14 bus stops.
The bus service will be available every 20 minutes during peak hours and every 30 minutes during non-peak hours.
While the first bus will leave from Bhubaneswar Railway Station at 6.40 am, the last bus will be available at 8.50 pm.
Similarly, the first bus will leave from the Lingaraj Temple at 7.20 am and the last bus will be leaving at 9.40 pm.
The stops include Bhubaneswar Railway Station(Master Canteen), Ashok Nagar, Raj Mahal Square, Kalpana Square, State Museum, BJB College, NCC Canteen, Shree Hospital, Ravi Talkies Square, Kedar Gouri Temple, Gouri Nagar, Lingaraj Temple Road, and Lingaraj Temple.
