Bhubaneswar, March 1 (Localwire): A dry weather will prevail in most parts of Odisha in the next 48 hours, the Regional Meteorological Centre here said on Friday.
“The weather will remain dry in most places in next 48 hours. However, rainfall is likely to occur in interior areas from March 3,” Met official Sudarshan Mishra said.
“The coastal and a few interior areas would witness thunderstorm, strong wind and rain on March 4 and 5,” Mishra said, adding, “There are no special warnings for fishermen.”
On Thursday night, thunderstorm accompanied by heavy rain affected normal life in different parts of the state. Gopalpur received the highest rainfall with 11.6 millimeters.
