Jagatsinghpur, Jan 8 (LocalWire) A farmer was seriously injured by a miscreant allegedly attacked him at Goda village under Erasama police limit over scarcity of KALIA (Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation) scheme forms.
