Bhubaneswar, June 2 (Local Wire): The state government has now allowed educational institutions to conduct their exams by amending portions of their new guidelines relating to lockdown 5.
The order from the office of Special Relief Commissioner added two more amendments.
In one it allowed the educational institutions to conduct their exams during the imposed lockdown by not tweaking any other norms.
On the other hand it added print media and issued a detailed list of emergency services which will be allowed to venture out during Saturday and Sunday curfews in the 11 identified districts.
The government earlier had ordered closure of schools and colleges till July 31.
Many of the students were preparing for competitive exams and others were about to lose their one previous year due to the prolonged delay in their exams.
