Bhubaneswar, Oct 2 (LocalWire): Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today launched the citizen-centric feedback outreach ‘Mo Sarkar’ (my government) scheme.
The initiative aims at collecting feedback from citizens about government services.
It was launched with Patnaik calling people to know the response they have got at police stations and the kind of service they received at hospitals.
The chief minister sought feedback from the common people on the kind of response and service they received at government-run health facilities.
The outreach programme is intended to help the government plug out loopholes and deficiencies in the system.
The ‘truant’ and negligent doctors will be taken to task on the basis of feedback received from hospital beds.
The inpatients’ satisfaction in hospitals and complaints’ feedback on police stations forms a vital part of the 5Ts (technology, transparency, teamwork, transformation and time-laid) model of governance envisaged by the government.
