Bhubaneswar, April 18 (Local Wire): The state health department has now come up with their advisory to help the people working from home to remain fit without interrupting their works during the lockdown period.
The Health Department has suggested several ways through which a healthy lifestyle could be maintained when employees are forced to work from home.
It has listed a set of things which should be done and list of things which should be avoided.
A statement from the department said, “Follow the advisory to know more about the do’s & don’ts while working from home.
Maintain an active lifestyle, stay indoors & stay safe from COVID 19,”
The department said that when you work from home do not use bed or sofa especially when you use laptop or computer.
“Make sure that your back gets enough support. After every 40 minutes, take a break.
Walk for 30 minutes every day. Avoid looking down on the screen of laptop/computer,” the advisory from the department read.
