Bhubaneswar, May 13 (Local Wire): The state government on Wednesday released fresh guidelines for the incoming passengers coming from railways and by air and also for those going by train to other places.
Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) Pradeep Kumar Jena said that in airports the incoming passengers will be alighted in phases and will be taken to a health kiosk where they will be screened for Coronavirus symptoms and all suspected persons will be segregated.
He also said that others will be stamped on their hands and will be allowed to go home either on their own arranged vehicles or through OLA/UBER cabs or some selected Mo Bus services which will start soon especially in the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack path.
The SRC also said that for rail journeys, all the incoming persons will be taken to a health facilitation centre where they will be screened and stamped.
Here too personally arranged vehicles, OLA/UBER and Mo Bus could be used for journey.
The government said that people with Coronavirus symptoms will not be allowed to travel to other stations from the state. He also said that all those who violate the norms will be punished under law.
