Bhubaneswar, Oct 20 (LocalWire) Members of Landmark Phase-II Owners’ Association today elected the new office-bearers for the year 2019-20 and discussed various issues faced by the members of the resident welfare society.
In its annual general body meeting (AGM) held here Gayatri Routray was elected as President while Surajit Pattanaik elected as Vice-President and Biswa Mohan Pattanaik elected as Secretary.
Other office bearers are Amaresh Chaudhury (Joint-Secretary), Suraj Nayak (Treasurer), Monalisha Dash (Assistant Treasurer) and Banita Pattanaik (Joint-Secretary Cultural).
The Landmark Phase-II Resident Welfare Society is the association of over 290 flat owners of Landmark Phase-II Apartment Complex along the Sundarpada-Jatni Road on the city outskirts.
Before the election process, the AGM discussed various issues like pending works, changes in its byelaws, standard operating procedure (SOP) to rent out flats by owners, parking allotment, security, sanitation, maintenance of lifts in each block, nomination of names from each block for the executive committee and the members who are defaulting the payment of their society fees.
The outgoing office-bearers read out their financial reports, performances, events organised during last year and measures taken for various issues including better connectivity with the main road, drainage and civil works undertaken.
