Malkangiri, July 31 (LocalWire): The Malkanagiri district court will recruit one stenographer for its office followed by an exam and interested candidates have been advised to submit the job application before August 31.
The job has been reserved for scheduled tribe men only.
The examination will be conducted in two successive stages- an English paper in carrying 100 marks, and in part-II, 50 marks in shorthand and typewriting test, 100 marks in computer science (practical), and a personal interview carrying 35 marks.
Candidates who qualify the part-I examination shall be called for the part-II examination. The candidates appearing for the type test will have to bring their own typewriter machine.
The date of the examination has not been notified by the district court office.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of within the pay band of, Rs 25,500-81,100 for the job along with other allowances as applicable to government employees.
The examination fees for the candidates have been fixed at Rs.100 which has to be submitted by the Treasury challan.
As per the notification, the candidates appearing for the exam must be between 18 to 32 years age group. They must have completed +2 examinations from any recognized college. In additional must have a diploma in a computer along with fluency in Odia.
The candidates must have a minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in typewriting per minute, said the notification.
