Bhubaneswar, May 23 (Local Wire): The Jharsuguda district administration has now declared parts of Mangal Bazar in Jharsuguda as containment zone with the rise of new Coronavirus cases.
The administration said that it has detected two new cases from the region including a case of a one-year-old girl chid.
Yesterday a 5-year-old child was also detected to have Coronavirus from the Mangal Bazar region.
“Two more asymptomatic cases are tested Coronavirus positive.
One year old girl child is of the same family of Mangal Bazar, Jharsuguda.
The family is in home quarantine and under our constant vigilance.
A 40-year-old male,returnee from Maharashtra is institutionally quarantined,” the administration said.
It also added, “A very small part of Mangal Bazar and the quarantine centre at DAV School, Hill Top, Brajarajnagar are hereby declared as zones of containment.
There may be a little inconvenience for few resident families of Mangal Bazar, Jharsuguda.”
