Bhubaneswar, May 17 (Local Wire): The state government on Sunday said that the latest maximum cases of recoveries from Coronavirus in the state were reported from Ganjam district.
The government had on Saturday claimed that it has seen a total of 30 recoveries.
The State Health and Family Welfare Department today said that out of the 30 new cases of recoveries, 28 of them are Ganjam itself.
On the other side, Cuttack and Balasore also reported new cases of recoveries.
The state in total has a total of 196 recoveries out of the 737 total cases.
This takes the total recoveries at 27 per cent.
“Another 30 patients have recovered from COVID19 yesterday and are being discharged.
28 are from Ganjam. 1 each from Balasore and Cuttack.
The number of recovered cases of #Odisha now stands at 196,” the department said in a statement.
