Bhubaneswar, April 12 (Local Wire): The state government Sunday said that the four new cases of COVID detected on Saturday late night are from three different districts.
While two cases are reported from Sundargarh, one each is reported from Kendrapara district and Bhubaneswar city.
It also said one of the persons found positive for COVID had a travel history to Nizamuddin.
The patient who returned from Nizamuddin is a 67-year-old male. One of the persons who came in contact with the person was also tested positive for COVID.
Both the persons have now been admitted to the Hi-Tech COVID Hospital in Rourkela.
On the other hand a 17-year-old lady from Kendrapara district is also among the list of latest four cases.
She came down to her village in the Rajnagar Block in Kendrapara from West Bengal.
Similarly another COVID patient detected on Saturday late night is a 46-year-male, a relative of another COVID patient (case no 42) and lives in Jharpada in Bhubaneswar.
