London, Nov 22 (LocalWire) Odia girl Satabdi Lova Dash has been awarded at the House of Commons, London for her commitment to skills and career development in the field of wholesale distribution.
She was recently awarded the Certificate of Recognition by Minister of State for Skills and Apprenticeships Anne Milton and British Labour Party politician Joan Marie Ryan.
A year and half ago Satabdi joined one of the leading wholesale food suppliers in East London – JJ Food Services.
By that time she had acquired various certifications and licences which were over and beyond the requirements of her role.
In the process she also became the first woman in the history of JJ Food Services to hold some of those licences and serve as an inspiration for the others. She was promoted three times in a short span of time.
As she continues to scale new heights in her career, she is filled with extreme joy and pride for having received the award at such a huge stage. The feeling is accentuated by the fact that in her heart she is still an Odia girl from Bhubaneswar who is making her mark in her industry through sheer hard work and dedication.
She hopes to continue to make her state and country proud.
