Balasore, Nov 21 (LocalWire) At least three people were killed in two separate road accidents in Odisha on Wednesday.
The first accident took place when two vehicles collided with each other near Basta-Haldipada bypass on National Highway-60 in Balasore district on Wednesday morning, killing one person was killed and injuring eight others, said police.
Though the deceased is yet to be identified, the police said all passengers were from Kolkata and were going to Rajpur.
In a separate accident, two people were killed after their bike skidded off the road and hit a bridge near Bhalupani village in Bonai of Sundergarh district.
Earlier on Tuesday evening, at least 12 people were killed and several others were injured after a bus fell off a bridge into the Mahanadi river in Cuttack.
