Bhubaneswar, October 26 (LocalWire): The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) in Odisha has announced the schedule for filling up online application for Plus II exams in 2020.
According to the CHSE, the online application process will be opened from 1 November for regular students of Arts, Commerce, Science, and vocational streams who plan to take the Plus II examinations in 2020.
The application process will be open till 9 November and after filling the online form, students will need to pay their examination fee between 2 to 11 November.
However, eligible candidates who fail to apply during the scheduled period can apply online from 11-16 November by paying Rs 50 late fee and deposit the exam fee between 13 to 18 November.
The CHSE has made further provisions for the third online application schedule for those who miss the first two opportunities to fill up the forms.
Such candidates can apply between 18 to 20 November with a late fee of Rs 350 and deposit the fee during 19-21 November.
All applicants are required to submit the e-receipt in support of their payment of examination fee from 22 November to 2 December 2019.
The Council has made it clear that it will not accept forms of regular candidates appearing for the Plus II examination in 2020 after 21 November.
Overall, the students need to pay Rs 520 as an examination fee and Rs 40 as a practical examination fee, while Rs 500 will be charged from those who want to change the examination centre.
The admit cards for regular students in all the streams will be made available online through their respective colleges on www.samsodisha.gov.in.
The school principals have been asked to download the admit cards from the SAM website and distribute the same to the students as per the process.
Though the exact date of examination is yet to be announced, sources expect it to be held in March 2020 while the practical examinations are likely to begin from 15 January 2020.
