Bhubaneswar, April 4 (LocalWire): Railway employees all over the country will be connected with a mobile app ‘Microsoft Kaizala’ for quality health care services.
Kaizala is a mobile-only product that makes it simple for organisations to seamlessly communicate, collaborate and complete tasks, bringing together desktop users and mobile-only users.
Railway board chairman V K Yadav inaugurated this app to facilitate railway employees and retired railway employees to avail health care services at 125 railway hospitals and 133 private hospitals all over the country.
This app will be managed by a group of doctors, paramedical staff and nurses.
On registering for the medical services, railway employees will be able to search the nearest hospitals and doctors, list of empanelled diagnostic centres and health units on Kaizala.
Employees can take doctor appointments, share diagnostic laboratory reports directly with doctors and save digital records in ‘Me Chat’ of Kaizala. They will also be able to access key announcements and share their feedback to improve quality of medical service with built-in action cards.
Doctors can also view medical history, pull out case sheets and aid in taking timely decisions.
Kaizala enables Indian Railways direct communication with their employees including achievement bulletins, educative bulletins and informative bulletins to spread awareness around CPR, general first aid, immunization and vaccination.
