Bhubaneswar, Mar 31 (Local Wire): Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy said that the state is now making sanitizers and masks in their home state to tackle the shortage of the products.
In an interview to India Today, the top bureaucrat said that to tackle COVID-19 such essential prophylactic items are made in adequate quantity.
He said that the state has started proction of sanitizers in the state and the fulfillment of the orders are also done.
He however admitted that orders have been given for masks too but there are some issues in supply now.
Tripathy said that the government is now looking for new ways to solve the issue.
The Chief Secretary also said that several government buildings in the state are now been prepared for quarantine services to tackle any surge of cases of COVID 19 in the state.
