Bhubaneswar, Oct 1 (LocalWire): The Finance Ministry today said that Odisha has seen a hike in the GST Collection in the month of September compared to its corresponding figures last year.
It is reported that the state saw a total of Rs 2384 GST collection in the state in September 2020.
During the same period in 2019 the collections were at Rs 2015 crore.
According to the office, this was a 18 per cent growth in the collections compared to last year, a statement from the Finance Ministry said today.
According to the state-wise data given by the ministry, most states reported a rise in the GST Collections.
Some states like Chandigarh, Delhi, Sikkim, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura have seen negative growth of GST Collection.
