Bhubaneswar, May 25 (Local Wire): Odisha government Monday said that it has witnessed addition of 103 new cases of Coronavirus in their latest round of testing of samples.
With the addition of 103 new cases of Coronavirus, the total reported cases of the viral disease in the state touched 1438.
The State Health and Family Welfare Department said that it has seen 96 new cases coming from quarantine centres while seven new cases were local.
The maximum new cases were reported from Deogarh district which reported a total of 22 fresh cases.
It was followed by Kendrapara which reported 15 new cases.
A total of 16 districts Monday reported new cases.
Other districts which reported fresh cases included-Jagatsinghpur (10 cases), Ganjam (4 cases), Jajpur (1), Balasore (5), Bhadrak (8), Khurda (5), Balangir (8), Malkangiri (9), Mayurbhanj (1), Keonjhar (1), Gajapati (6), koraput (1) and Dhenkanal (1).
The state meanwhile has been able to conduct a total of 127776 tests.
The state has now 881 total new active cases and 550 cases of recoveries.
