Bhubaneswar, April 10 (Local Wire): The state government on Friday said it has detected six new cases of COVID 19 from the samples it tested on Thursday.
With the addition of new cases the total COVID cases in the state touched 48.
According to the data shared by the government it tested a total of 408 samples on Thursday out of which 402 samples came negative.
However six cases came positive during the tests.
The information was shared by the State Health Department post midnight.
The government has till now not shared the details of the case.
The State Information and Public Relation Department said that the details of the these cases will be shared with the public soon.
With the latest tests done by the government till Thursday the state has been able to test a total of 3249 samples out of which 3201 samples tested negative and 48 tested positive for the viral disease.
