Bhubaneswar, Oct 20 (LocalWire): The State government today said that it has seen further dip in the rise of new cases of Coronavirus from the state.
The latest estimate claimed that Odisha saw 1904 new cases of the disease, the lowest in the last few months.
With the addition of the new cases, the total cases in the state touched 2.72 lakh.
Khurda reported the highest of 221 new cases of the disease while it was followed by Nuapada which saw 128 new cases.
Other districts which saw more cases included-Cuttack (11 cases), Sundergarh (100) and Kendrapada (106).
The state now has a total of 21,454 active cases while it has also seen recoveries of 2.49 lakh patients.
The government claims to have conducted a total of 41.17 lakh sample testing till now.
