Bhubaneswar, Mar 24 (Local Wire): The state government on Tuesday said that the total COVID positive cases in the state has been confined to two as on March 24.
The designated officials of the state government well versed with the details said that the state has tested a total of 110 samples till Tuesday and found 108 to be negative.
Till now only the existing two positive cases remain on records.
“Till 12 pm on Tuesday we have been able to test 110 samples from suspected persons out of which 108 tests have come as negative.
Till now we have only two reported cases of COVID 19,” Subroto Bagchi, Chief Spokesperson of Odisha government on Coronavirus.
He also said that through the 104 helpline number a total of 3862 persons who recently had travelled to foreign countries have disclosed their travel history and other details with the government.
The also said that the state through the 104 helpline was able to track 100 suspicious cases based on symptoms which could be tracked for the disease.
