Addressing the gathering the Xavier University vice-chancellor Fr Antony dwelt upon different dimensions of innovating business.
The inaugural session was addressed by Tata Steel TQM and steel business president Anand Sen, Xavier University registrar Fr EA Augustine and its academic dean Shridhar Kumar Dash.
The session was coordinated by the Student Executive Council general secretary Anjan Mohanty.
The three-day meet will discuss various emerging topics like new-age technological innovations, the role of cutting-edge technology in transforming business, dynamic business models, the impact of globalisation on business.
Participants at the Business Excellence Meet will also deliberate on how to deliver business value proposition through use on analytical tools, and what the industry needs to do to tame the automation sprawl.
The industry stalwarts and the business icons from Aditya Birla Group, Deloitte, DXC Technologies, IBM, Infosys, L&T, Lenovo, OYO Rooms, Reliance, Sequoia Fitness, Tata Group, Thickshake, and UTI Mutual Fund will deliberate on the topics.
