Bhubaneswar, July 15 (LocalWire): The Assembly witnessed noisy scenes today as the Opposition members of the BJP created a ruckus after their demand for a debate over the deteriorating law and order situation in the state was rejected.
No business could be transacted in the House as BJP members rushed to the Well shouting slogans. As pandemonium broke out, Speaker Surya Narayan Patra adjourned the House rill 11.30 am.

Emboldened by slack policing, criminals are having a field day targeting innocent people.
Three brothers were brutally murdered on the busy Bhubaneswar-Puri national highway on Sunday.
Lawlessness has become the order of the day in other parts of the state including Bhubaneswar and Cuttack,’ alleged leader of the Opposition, Pradipta Kumar Naik.
‘The government has become a silent spectator as criminals are running a parallel administration in the state,’ the senior BJP leader added.
