Bhubaneswar, February 26 (LocalWire): ‘The health of nations is more important than the wealth of nations’ said Will Durant and two young entrepreneurs seem to follow his words whole-heartedly.
Varun Mishra, a BTech graduate from KIIT University and Dr Tejeswar Satpathy, a dental surgeon at KIIMS, are brothers who transformed from fat to fit and are now eager to make all interested citizens of Bhubaneswar the same.
Varun recalls both being obese teenagers, weighing nearly 110 kilos. They realised the need to shed weight but did not have any proper guidance.
There were times when they didn’t get results but realised that the key was consistency. He says the first thing one should do as one wakes up is to train their mind and later their body.
The duo, thus, founded Fitness Venture, (Diet is Everything ) on 31st July, 2017, with an aim to provide sustainable solutions to anyone who wants to stay fit.
They firmly believe that ‘fitness is a lifestyle and not a crash course’ and want to help those, who are misguided in the name of fitness and health.
While talking to LocalWire, Satpathy said, ‘Diet is everything and it all starts from what you put on your plate.’
They give their clients tasty and healthy dietary food options, according to the clients’ food preferences which help get results and also allow them to enjoy their food.
Mishra adds, ‘We started our fitness journeys together and we still work out together every single day.’ When asked about their cheat meals, Mishra says ‘Nothing beats a plate of biryani and coke.
